Before you
get tangled.
A clear account of what is available, what is custom, and what happens next.
Can I buy something right now?
Current collectibles and finds are listed in The Spiderpunk Web on eBay. The new workshop ranges on this site are available to discuss by enquiry. When a workshop item is released for direct purchase, its actual price and availability will appear in the catalogue.
What comes in a kit?
A complete stocked kit has not been listed yet. For a custom project, your quote will spell out every supplied component, what you need to provide, and the tools or skills involved. A photograph of an earlier finished piece is an example of the maker’s work, not a kit contents photograph.
How does a custom board print work?
Use the atelier to choose your title, words, colors and layout, then request the print. The intended finished format is 24 × 19 inches. Nicholas confirms a final proof, paper, finish, margins, delivery and total price before payment. The backing board, mounting supplies and planchette are separate unless your quote says otherwise.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes, describe it in your enquiry. Nicholas can discuss how to prepare it and whether its resolution suits a large print. Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. The first enquiry form accepts text; arrangements for sending image files can follow by email.
Are spiritual results guaranteed?
No. These are crafted objects for personal exploration and creative use. A material, a design or a planchette cannot come with a promise of contact or a particular supernatural result.
How much will shipping cost?
For eBay finds, refer to the individual listing. For a custom workshop order, shipping, destination, packaging, timing and the total cost are confirmed in the quote before payment. Do not assume free shipping or a fixed delivery date.
What are the return terms?
For an eBay purchase, the listing gives the applicable terms. For a custom piece or personalized print, ask about cancellation, proof approval and return terms before paying; those will be agreed with the order and subject to applicable consumer rights.
Is the spider real?
The mechanical spider is SpiderPunk’s original artwork and fictional mascot. The Society’s expeditions, inventions and hat thefts are stories. No robotic spider is included with an order.
Where is my saved board design?
The atelier remembers your most recent choices in this browser on this device. Download a copy if you want to keep it. Clearing browser data can remove the saved choices. Your design is sent to the workshop only when you submit an enquiry.
Will my basket include products from your other shops?
This workshop uses its own catalog and basket. Existing collectible listings remain where they are currently sold. Adding a workshop item to a basket does not reserve stock; availability is checked during checkout.
